The Bone Tree

After quite a while finally a new Burning Man picture. I hope the term 'Burning Man' and images of bones don't scare you away. It's not as macabre as it all looks. To me such a happening is about boldness and about practicing the process of thinking out of the box. I have this suspicion that these are the qualities we need to find new solutions and ultimately make the world a better place.

One person who does exactly that is Thomas Heinrich and his startup at http://photocircle.net - through photocirlce you can buy photographic art for your walls and by doing that, support social projects around the world. I talked to him today and got some great news. By using the coupon Fluck15 you can now save 15% on all your purchases on photocircle till the end of July. And yes, the coupon works with all works. It's not limited to my stuff. Enjoy!

In the Park after Dark

Geo Washington Bridge in the background. Of course it's not allowed to be there after dark. How sneaky of me.In case you speak German and are curious to learn a little bit about my photography story, you can find something about it on the blog of photocircle.net. On photocirlce you have the chance to buy great photographic art and by doing that support social projects around the world. I'm following their activities since a while and I'm pretty amazed about how much they are getting done.

Photographing the Sun

This picture comes alive after a while. In a sneaky way.

In case it takes you a while to figure out what's to discover in this picture, here is some cool music to listen to while doing that. I was asked to contribute the image that comes with the track, otherwise I probably wouldn't have heard of it. The artist's name is Scienide. Check this out!

Isle of Skye 2

Right at this moment a group of young ladies are traveling through Scotland with their backpacks. From what I was told, the main motivation for doing that came from my photos of the Scottish Highlands. That's nice to hear! Here is another one. Enjoy your trip, girls!
